Please join us for the second members only leadership development event sponsored by Hein & Associates and led by Melanie Shaffer, Partner at the CFO Suite, who has been trained in Gallup’s StrengthsFinder and coaches and facilitates in this work with her clients. 

This event will be focused on aligning your top 5 strengths with your goals so that you can most productively achieve what is most important to you over the next 90 days!

For this event, you will need to go to www.gallupstrengthscenter.com and login to get to your dashboard where you can see your top 5 strengths.   We will be using the “Strengths Insight Report” for this training so please go to your dashboard where it says “Reports and Tools”  and print the report specifically named “Strengths Insight Report”.    This report is a little different than the Signature Themes Report that we utilized in the first members only event in April.

Access to this event is only available to members and space is limited based on availability.

Please join us for an intimate leadership development event sponsored by Hein & Associates and led by Melanie Shaffer, Partner at the CFO Suite, who has been trained in StrengthsFinder and coaches and facilitates in this work with her clients.  This event will be focused on enhancing your leadership abilities as well as increasing productivity within your team using strategies from Gallup’s Strengths Based Development program.

In order to participate, you must take the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment which can be accessed at https://www.gallupstrengthscenter.com/Purchase/en-US/Product.   After taking the “Top 5 Strengths Access option” (first option in the Strengths Center Store for $15), you will need to bring your “Signature Themes Report” to the event.   Your Signature Themes Report will be under the Reports section on your dashboard after taking the assessment.

If you have already taken the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment, simply bring your “Signature Themes Report”.  There is no need to retake the assessment.

Lunch will be provided.   There is no cost (other than the cost of the assessment which is only $15 and the results will be available to you indefinitely).
