I, the undersigned, recognize the above statement and accept that on occasion photographs of me, still or moving, and my name, may be used with respect to activities concerning The Women's Finance Exchange, Inc. and The Women's Finance Exchange, Inc. of Dallas (collectively "WFE") through printed, audio, video or other electronic media, including the Internet. I give my permission and irrevocable consent for use of my picture and name and further release WFE, their directors, officers and members and any other individual associated with WFE, from any liability resulting from the distribution of my image and name. I waive any claims, both current and future, for any compensation for such use and distribution.
